Refunds and Returns Policy

1. General Conditions
1.1 This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on PerfectPhoneCases.com.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
1.3 Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. How to Initiate a Return
2.1 To start a return, please contact our customer support team at perfectphonecasess@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)
2.2 Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Return Process
3.1 Pack your item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3.2 Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
3.3 Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
3.4 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
4.2 If the return is approved, we will notify you via email and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4.3 If the return is not approved, we will notify you via email with an explanation, and the item will be returned to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
6. Defective or Damaged Items
6.1 If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at perfectphonecasess@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and a description of the issue.
6.2 We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged item at no cost to you.
6.3 We will either replace the defective or damaged item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
7.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at perfectphonecasess@gmail.com.
8. Refunds for Late or Missing Returns
8.1 If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
